ANSWER: Yes it's coming! Adding additional phone platforms is one of our highest priorities and of course Android tops that list.
When we add Android support, you will be able to take your existing iPhone build and without any additional work, create your Android App.

Thanks for the update Jason. Would love an ETA when you're ready to share. (Or just slip me some beta action. ;-)
And please know that my desire for this feature does not in any way detract from my opinion of how awesome you guys are.

Let me reassure you that you guys want it just as much as we do. I have seen the Engineers working on it, and it's slick. But, as far as an ETA, I'm unable to provide one at this time. I know it's not what you guys want to hear, but I promise you we are working on it as I type.

I love AppMakr and really appreciate what it makes possible for our small media company. (Also, from checking in the blog and all the "about" videos it seems to be an awesome place to work!)
That said, one of the reasons I opted for AppMakr (when I started it actually cost money, so you did get a few bucks from me ;-), was Android support that felt like it was imminent back in May.
Now I'm wondering if it would be possible to get some sort of "official" roadmap for Android? It would help with decisions going forward about the next generation of mobile tools that my company (local weekly paper and quarterly magazine) will be able to offer to readers.
Thanks!

Is this coming any time soon?

Yeah... so... Android support?

Some news about Android support? You announced Android support for Q1 2010. Now we have end of Q2. I really want it!

Please keep me in the loop as well for the announcement or beta testing of the android app implementation as well please.

Hello!
I'm here for the same answers as everyone else it seems ^_^ How much and when will it be released? Already having clients ask if we could have their appmakr apps applicable for the android. Any news would be excellent!

Hi!
I´m also keen on getting mor info about when support for Android apps are implemented. Android is really taking on our market and we´re really in need of apps for both systems.

how much extra will it cost for the android app builds if we already have an ipod build?
thanks,
Ken

Any update on when this will happen and the costs? Keen to get android support as it looks like a fast growing platform!
