should be working on chrome now - it may be caching the previous version if you do not see the simulator.
working on Safari now
We're looking into why it's not working on all browsers, for the time being, it's verified and working on Firefox only. We'll post an update back in this forum.
I'm getting the same issue. Actually, i know 4 others have the same issue where the App Simulator does not show the WP7 preview. I actually had it working for a while, logged out, logged back in, and that's when it disappeared. Silverlight is confirmed to be installed. Please help.
I am waiting up for yr reply from 2 days, i have done everything to get the silverlight based WP app simulator but still i cannot see it. i ended up in making a new account (Himanshu.Rathore@live.com) and then tried so i can see the simulator but still the app simulator area was blank white, also i tried on another machine and on virtual machine but i cannot see the WP7 simulator. Android and iPhone based simulator are working well. my system is updated to the latest silverlight update. Can you suggest me what's the problem going on and please reply up soon, i have to submit apps to App-hub.

@Appmakr silverlight on my machine.. i tried it on a virtual machine also, at first it showed me a silverlight install option then when i installed the silverlight setup, the simulator area was blank same as before. please help me

@Leiser.. I am unable to see the app simulator on my webpage.. the app simulator area is blank whenever the webpage is loaded. more than 48 have been covered up. and still i am suffering from the problem. I have to submit and verify my apps to app-hub. whenever i right click the simulator area, silver-light popup comes up. please help me..my eamil id is..himanshu.rathore@live.com
