Hi AppMakr,
I'm making my app for the dutch market so I would like to translate all of the texts inside my app to dutch. Is there anyway you could make it possible to localize apps?
Thanks,
Jelmer

I would not be willing to pay for it, but I would like to see this come into reality.

Hi, here are my answers
1. Would you be interested in an option to automatically translate your content to a different language for another country's app store?
No. What would be in interesting is just a localization of main menus and buttons, and not the content itself.
2. Would it be okay if it's machine translations, or crowd-soured translations, or professional translations?
If it's only for a few labels and menu items, the question is not relevant anymore...
3. Would you be willing to pay for this option?
Same.
Thanks!
1. the auto translation should only be for the mene bars and pieces we cannot code.
2. paid professional option
3. the paid option includes translation of current app.
Please it's very important to translate in other language !!!
I would be willing to pay for localization support. Yes.
Right. The tabs and headers is fine, it's buttons like the back button that are urgent, and even "share on facebook" et al.
Anyone interested in this please chime in:

I do agree on the need of a translation, especially since it's not possible to submit an app on AppHub (Windows Phone app market) in a foreign language if all menus and buttons are not properly localized.
I would be happy to offer my help for french ;)
Hey Guys,
As a side note, in case you didn't know... Anywhere you can input your own information such as icon name or feed names can be in foreign characters. An HTML feature would also allow you to input your own characters.
Yes, we need this. I'm building an app for the Belgian market and would like to use our national languages: German, Flemish and French. Thanks.
please! we need this!
