If you are getting this message when trying to publish your app:
...you need to enable your app for push notifications. If there is a chance you did not finish this part (finished step 12) or revoked your push notification certificate in Apple, follow these instructions. ***DO THIS USING SAFARI AS YOUR BROWSER***
1. Go to the Publishing page of your app in AppMakr and click "Open the App ID creation form page with Apple here".
2. This will bring you to a page in your Apple account to create a new App ID. Click on "App IDs" to get a list of your CURRENT app IDs.
3. Find your app within the list and check to see if it says "Enabled for Production". This will show the second dot as green. This means you are already enabled for push notifications and do not need to proceed.
4. If the second dot is orange and says "Configurable for Production", then your app is not currently enabled for push notifications. Click "Configure" on the far right.
5. This will take you to the page seen here. Check off the box to enable for push notifications and click the "Configure" button for "Production Push SSL Certificate".
6. Go back to your AppMakr account and follow the instructions starting with Step 9. Follow the instructions through to step 12, before moving on to provisioning your app.
7. Once you have completed Step 12, move onto Step 13 to generate your provisioning profile. Follow through to step 18, where you will upload and submit your .mobileprovision. Then you have built your app. Huzzah!
