Swipable home menu

I have an app with multiple RSS feeds (currently at 6) and it seems like when I went over 4, I lost the ability to swipe to different feeds while in the Menu screen in my app.

Can you guys fix that and add that feature back to feeds with more than 4 RSS links? Thanks.

Hayley, thanks again for the info, however I think the official MS build docs have been updated to allow a maximum of 6 tabs instead of 4 once Mango was released.

Hi Jonathan,

I've been informed that the reason for this is because Microsoft recommends a maximum of 4 tabs used for the swiping feature. So as to comply with Microsoft's functionality, adding to the number of feeds that can be swiped is not on our road map.

Thanks for bringing this to the attention of the AppMakr community!

Thanks for the reply Hayley, the only problem is that I don't know how to do that.

As I mentioned, the menu appears on apps with 4 or fewer feeds, but once you go over that, it disappears, so it's just a setting in your build software that needs to be changed.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for the input! It would be great if you could highlight this post and have others vote it up as a feature request. Our features are highly influenced by user requests, so the more people want it, the likelier you'll see it in the future.

Thanks!
