We were experiencing a build error earlier but our dev team got cracking and the issue is resolved. Feel free to rebuild your apps as usual.
Thanks!

AppMakr Help
Hi Specialtysports, have you uploaded the renewed account into AppMakr? Your account shows that the Developer Account you have in AppMakr expired on September 3, 2011.

Haley I also checked the bundle ID and everything is fine there.
My developer account was renewed in August so is good until 8/12

Hi Hayley, I havent been able to get to the point where I try to upload to Apple. I cant get the App to build.
I believe everything is up to date with Apple as I just did it all a few months ago but will double check
If your Dev Account is not expired, it may be that the new Provisioning Profile has not been uploaded into AppMakr's systems and converged with the app. If that is the case, start from step 8 in the previous instructions.
Hopefully that helps and you can be on your way! :)
Thanks! And let me know if you still get a build error message after trying out those options.

I keep getting the following error when I try to build a new version of my App
Oh no! There's been a build error. We've been notified, and usually fix build errors within 48 hours, so please check back with us.
My App stopped working when the new IOS was released and I have not been able to build a new updated version.
How can I get support from Appmakr on this issue?

There seems to be a long delay with the app builder... Anyone else experiencing this? My build requests seem to be stuck in the queue process.
Ok. I finally got my build uploaded to the app store and I have a working ad hoc.

Hi @Hayley. I think I fixed it. Trying a build now. I'll let you know what happens. I think when the original build errors happened on your servers, I revoked a lot of stuff (thinking it was my error) and then didn't reconstruct it all correctly after you guys fixed your build errors. So basically, I nuked my developer account on appmakr and started all over and recreated everything on Apple too. I hope this works. :-)
If your certificate isn't expired then I suggest contacting Apple about this to get it cleared up. While we can build our system to interact with Apple's platform, we can't control what happens inside of it. If Apple mistakenly thinks your account is expired then your apps won't be able to go through. See what Apple says and once they have revalidated your certificate, then rebuild your app and let us know how it goes.
In the meantime, please let us know if there is any other way we can be of help.

Hi Specialtysports,
The most common reasons for build errors in iOS are either that the bundle ID of your AppMakr app doesn't match what Apple has for it, which you can fix as follows: http://help.appmakr.com/entries/20781067-bundle-id-s-com-pointabout...
Or that your certs don't match and Developer Account has expired. You can fix that by following these instructions: http://help.appmakr.com/entries/20671408-48hr-build-error-certifica....
If your Dev Account is not expired, it may be that the new Provisioning Profile has not been uploaded into AppMakr's systems and converged with the app. If that is the case, start from step 8 in the previous instructions.

Build #148371
App #350955
Hi everyone, it appears the build errors you were experiencing were caused by Amazon's cloud service being down for us: http://help.appmakr.com/entries/20752393-build-errors-experienced-e....
You should be able to build your apps without any errors—go ahead and rebuild, and if you're still having problems be sure to let us know.
Any update on this?
Ok. Thank you.
@Paul, @troy, Thanks! I've circled your app and build #'s back to the dev team and will let you know when I get more information.

I just reuploaded my HTML, saved it, and republished and still get the 'Oh no' build error.
Everyone—try re-uploading your HTML files and see if that helps.
